    I work with clients from all walks of life, different backgrounds, and different age groups. Many of them come to counseling to address issues related to relationships, job stressors, past trauma, anger management, or to seek treatment for mental illness and/or addiction. Whether you want to gain self-confidence, improve your communication skills, overcome your past, or find the courage to heal and forgive yourself or others, you’ve come to the right place! My approach to Couple Counseling, Sex Therapy and Family Therapy have helped many resolve conflicts and increase satisfaction in their relationships.

    I offer strength-based Positive Psychology counseling that focuses on what’s right instead of what’s wrong with you. This wellness-based model is about resilience-building and post-traumatic growth. My interventions are an integration of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and meditation.

    With 17+ years of experience and a tremendous passion for healing and helping, I am able to provide effective, non-judgmental, compassionate, client-centered, and supportive counseling.
