My ideal client knows what they want and is ready and determined to make meaningful change. They are motivated to better themselves mentally, spiritually, and emotionally, and are tired of facing the same struggles. They desire growth for themselves and their families and are willing to do the work necessary to become whole and healthy. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to identify solutions that increase life fulfillment, and I provide a safe, judgment-free space where individuals feel comfortable expressing their innermost thoughts and feelings.
My primary areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, and anger management. I also support clients in working through past trauma and relationship challenges. I help individuals strengthen self-esteem, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills by incorporating creative therapeutic interventions alongside traditional talk therapy.
I most enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I use a holistic approach that integrates humanistic, person-centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. As a Christian, I am open to incorporating biblical principles into therapy upon request.
