My ideal client is an individual who is ready to do the work. Someone who is ready to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop greater self-awareness, which can lead to increased self-confidence, better decision-making, and improved relationships with others. In this safe, nonjudgmental environment, you can feel comfortable sharing as we work collaboratively on your mental health priorities.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I look forward to working with individuals, couples, and families. By using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), I am able to support you on your journey through anxiety, depression, past trauma, and interpersonal, familial, or relationship challenges. As a Christian, I am also open and willing to integrate faith into our work together if that is something you desire.
Let’s look at it this way—we are on a road trip. You are the driver, and I am the passenger, helping you interpret and better utilize your internal and external emotional navigation tools to reach your envisioned destination. If you’ve made it this far, feel free to call and schedule. I hope to see you soon.
