Are you struggling with anxiety or relationship stress? I help couples, families, and teens across Ohio reconnect, heal, and grow through evidence-based and trauma-informed therapy. You don’t have to go through this alone. I work with couples, adults, and teens to strengthen relationships, manage anxiety, and process trauma in a safe, supportive environment.

My approach is both systems-based and trauma-focused, recognizing that individuals do not exist in isolation—our challenges and healing are deeply connected to the families and relationships around us. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and build healthier coping strategies. For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method and Attachment-Based Therapy to identify patterns, rebuild trust, and restore emotional connection. When trauma is part of the story, I incorporate evidence-based trauma-focused interventions to foster resilience and growth.

I work with a wide range of concerns, including relationship challenges, parenting stress, family conflict, communication difficulties, and the impact of trauma and anxiety on daily life. Whether you are seeking support for your relationship, your teen, or yourself, therapy can offer a path toward balance, stronger connections, and meaningful change.

I offer flexible in-person appointments, including evening and weekend availability, to support busy schedules. I welcome couples, families, and individuals throughout Ohio who are ready to take the next step toward healing.

If you are ready to reduce anxiety, strengthen your relationships, and build a healthier future, I would be honored to support you on this journey. Please reach out today to schedule your first appointment.
