Ms. Shaylise Randle, LPC

My ideal client is someone who is ready to turn the next chapter in their life. I understand that, as humans, we tend to do what we know, which is why I work collaboratively with my clients to identify behaviors and generational patterns that have not been effective. Together, we work to create and achieve the life they truly desire. I aim to establish a therapeutic environment that is safe and nonjudgmental, a space where my clients can better understand themselves. In collaboration with my clients, we strive to create the best possible therapeutic environment and experience.

My approach to therapy is client-centered. I work with my clients to uncover, process, and cope with thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that do not foster peace or align with the life they want. Therapy will involve identifying issues, setting goals, learning to cope with life’s challenges, and applying the skills and behaviors learned in therapy to everyday life.

My primary focus is helping couples and individuals navigate life transitions, recognize and understand generational patterns impacting their lives, and address issues related to anxiety and self-esteem. While I primarily work with adults and couples, I am also open to seeing teens.

I am a licensed professional counselor with experience working with couples and individuals across the lifespan. I understand that therapy can be a daunting experience—expressing some of the most secret and difficult aspects of your life can be scary. However, the freedom of talking to someone who doesn't know you and will not judge you is invaluable. You’ve already shown courage by taking the first step in searching for a therapist. The next step is to take that leap and schedule an appointment. I hope to see you soon.
