My ideal client is someone who is ready to turn the next chapter in their life. I understand that, as humans, we often rely on what is familiar, which is why I work collaboratively with clients to identify behaviors and generational patterns that may no longer be serving them. Together, we work toward creating and achieving the life they truly desire. I strive to establish a therapeutic environment that is safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental—one where clients can better understand themselves and feel empowered in their growth.

My approach to therapy is client-centered. I support clients in uncovering, processing, and coping with thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that do not align with the peaceful and fulfilling life they seek. Therapy may include identifying concerns, setting goals, learning effective coping strategies, and applying new skills to everyday life.

My primary focus includes helping individuals and couples navigate life transitions, recognize and address generational patterns, and work through challenges related to anxiety and self-esteem. While I primarily work with adults and couples, I am also open to working with teens.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have experience supporting individuals and couples across the lifespan. I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, as it often involves sharing deeply personal experiences. However, having a safe space to speak openly with someone who is supportive and nonjudgmental can be incredibly freeing. You’ve already taken an important first step by seeking a therapist, and I would be honored to support you in taking the next step.
