Taylor Martin, MFT-Intern

Are you ready to beat the odds and finally conquer the goalsyou've been putting aside due to self-doubt? Are you ready to work as a team toreach your full potential?

My name is Taylor Vaughn Martin, and I am currentlycompleting a clinical internship as part of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Grand Canyon University. As a counselor trainee, I offerindividual, couples, and family counseling using evidence-based approaches suchas Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Counseling, and theGottman Method for couples and family work.

My ideal client is someone who’s willing to face the stormhead-on, despite fear, despite anxiety because they know that growth lives onthe other side of discomfort. As Frederick Douglass once said, "If there is no struggle, there is no progress."

Real change requires commitment, flexibility, and thewillingness to step into discomfort. Together, we’ll navigate life’s challengesand work toward the transformation you’ve been hoping for.
