As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in both individual and couple systems, I take a comprehensive approach that explores behaviors, beliefs, and family dynamics. I draw from attachment-based therapies to foster secure and fulfilling bonds, and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also incorporate trauma-focused approaches to support both adults and children in processing trauma and moving forward with confidence.
I am deeply committed to honoring diversity and enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I offer in-person evening hours and limited weekend availability to support busy schedules.
